Plumbing websites all seem to look the same, with pictures of vans, pipes and guys in uniform. I suggested to plumber Matt Poole that we did something different to set his website apart from his competitors'.

Matt's goal? 

To create a website to support his plumbing business with the ultimate goal of attracting new customers.

How we went about it: 

Matt knows plumbing.  I do not. Fortunately Matt is a great communicator.  I worked with Matt and his wife, Anna, to create a website that reflected the key values of their business. 

I also used Matt's expertise to write five blogs on plumbing topics.
